Have you taken Ambien or Ambien CR for sleep? If yes, I invite you to participate in my study of Ambien.
If you've experienced anything other than restful, uneventful sleep from taking Ambien, you are not alone. In my psychiatric practice, I've become aware of unreported side effects related to popular sleep medications. The reports come from my patients and from my colleagues.
These anecdotal reports led me to search peer-reviewed medical journals for objective information about the side effects of zolpidem, which is the generic name for Ambien.
This study is my effort to collect reports of Ambien experiences—good, bad, and everything in-between—directly from patients. When the study is completed, the results will be published in a peer-reviewed medical journal. I will be pleased to send you a copy of my findings.
